Place-based models of community development are gaining traction and providing real opportunities for people to reach their full potential, which will ultimately create a more equitable, productive and prosperous America for all.

The purpose of this program is to explore this approach and efforts underway across the country and here in Texas that are creating healthy, sustainable, mixed income neighborhoods that include deep, broad and durable pathways out of poverty.
