Deep Ellum has evolved immensely over its history, consistently being known for its vibrant nightlife. With the influx of new urban residential along its outer edges, there has become the need for more walkable outdoor spaces that can promote and accentuate the district’s eclectic mix of businesses.

Our tour will start at Dot’s Hop House (parking next door), passing along several recent examples of urban infill, then finishing back up at Dot’s for food, drink and conversation.

Please join us as we get together to share and explore firsthand the history and efforts for the future of this unique, special and sometimes ignored part of Dallas.
