COVID-19 is an infectious disease, which has led to the current worldwide coronavirus pandemic. This virus, which is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome, has infected over half-million and killed tens of thousands of Americans in a very short period. The response by local and regional governments nationwide has been swift, with Dallas County being one of the first major markets to take drastic measures to combat the quickly spreading virus. Hear from Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins, as he discusses how these decisions minimize the spread of this contagious virus and saved lives.
